Born in Leigh-on-Sea, England
Studied at Southend School of Art

In the 1970's I worked for Numerous Bands as a Tour Manager including Procol Harum, Van Morrison
& Madness, travelling extensively in Europe, the US and Australia. |
During this period developed a process to construct and paint large inflatables for advertising,
display and decorative purposes .

In 1980 moved to San Francisco working at FM Productions as Assistant Head of their Scenic Department, Construction and painting of sets and props for clients such as The Rolling Stones, IBM, Pepsi, Democratic Convention, The Jacksons and many others.

| 1984 created Barry Sinclair & Associates - Design, consultancy and implementation (fabrication/construction) services to clients in the areas of retail display, restaurant development, corporate image, conventions / conference, and multimedia performance. |
